    Rachel

Rachel is a retired nurse and grandmother to five – and just you try speaking to her without her mentioning each and every one of her grandchildren. Rachel has retired fairly early by today’s standards so enjoys her free time by staying active in the community, doing a lot of local volunteering and keeping fit through fortnightly hikes. Being a doting grandmother Rachel is very interested in children’s health, and healthy eating for kids.

    Linda

Linda manages to balance the old struggle of parenthood and a career and make it look effortless. She assures us it’s not. Having many years in advertising and marketing Linda knows how such a powerful weapon can be used to encourage children to eat unhealthy foods, and she hopes to use her knowledge and experience to spread the message of healthy eating and fitness.

    Mark

Mark is a proud dad to be and is becoming very excited at the forthcoming birth of his first child. He’s using the time wisely to learn all he can about caring for children healthily and bringing them up the right way, eating the right things. Mark is also aware that to bring children up eating healthily he will have to change his own eating habits – and that is a greater challenge than he first realised.
